Human Dignity Day observed in Magura

MAGURA, Nov 6: World Human Dignity Day was observed in Magura.

Bangladesh Dalit and Excluded Rights Movement  Magura unit took different programmes in observance of the day Friday. They brought out a rally in the town in the morning. Later, they organised a human chain at Chourongi square of the town. The programmes ended with a discussion meeting at Abdul Hoque Memorial Foundation office.  

Dr Tashiquzzaman, general secretary of the foundation  delivered the welcome address with  president of the foundation Hinuka Parvin in the chair.
