Improving services at clinics for better medicare stressed

RANGPUR, Mar 17 (BSS): Speakers at a visioning workshop have stressed for improving services at community clinics to ensure better medicare services for rural mothers, pregnant women and children.
They were addressing the daylong community clinic visioning workshop organised by World Vision Bangladesh (WVB) under its Pirganj Annual Development Programme (ADP) at Nischintobati Government Primary School in Pirganj upazila on Sunday.
With Project Manager of the Children Welfare Project of WVB for Pirganj ADP, Badal Sangma in the chair, president of Nischintobati Community Clinic in Chatra union Bhaban Chandra inaugurated the workshop as the chief guest.
Principal of Chatra Women's College Abdur Noor Mandal attended the concluding ceremony as the chief guest with Badal Sangma in the chair.
Headmaster of Chalkjveka Government Primary School Jonab Ali Mandal, member of Chatra union Kohinoor Begum and Member of Managing Committee of Nischintobati Community Clinic Minhajul Islam Chowdhury addressed as the special guests.
Twenty-members of Chatra union unit of Community Clinic Managing Committee participated in the workshop.
