KHULNA, Jan 02 (BSS): Speakers at a discussion here on Thursday unanimously viewed that infusing dynamism into the social services can be the best way of welfare of the people with special needs and other underprivileged sections of the society.
Emphasis should be given on ensuring transparency and accountability in all the welfare-oriented social service activities so that the target group of people could derive total benefits of the welfare programmes.
The government officials and development activists came up with the observation while addressing a post-walkathon discussion on the issues related to social services.
