Int\\\'l Day of older persons observed in Tangail

TANGAIL, Oct 1: The International Day of older persons was observed in Tangail Wednesday elsewhere in the country in a befitting manner.

Tangail Probin Samity arranged a colourful rally which paraded different streets of the town. The rally brought from the Probin Samity office in the morning. A good number of aged people join in the rally.   

After the rally, a discussion meeting was held at samity office. Al-haj Sanower Hossain, MP Tangail sadar 5 was present as chief guest. Present ADC general A S M Mohiuddin Kha and Mayor Tangail Municipality Shahidur Rahman Khan Mukti were present as special guests.
