Khulna road crash kills three

KHULNA, June 05 (UNB): Three people, including a driver, were killed in a head-on collision between a motorcycle and an engine-driven van in Paikgachha upazila of Khulna on Wednesday morning.

The deceased van driver has been identified as Ismail, 60, while the identities of the two motorcycle riders are yet to be known.

Obaidur Rahman, officer-in-charge (OC) of Paikgachha Police Station, confirmed the incident.

The motorcycle collided with a van coming from the opposite direction in the Shibbati area of Paikgachha in the morning, said OC Rahman.
