Kidnapped boy found dead in Bogra

BOGRA, July 13 (UNB): A minor boy who was kidnapped 10 days ago was found dead at Kosaigari village in Adamdighi upazila on Saturday.

The deceased was identified as Mushfiqur,3, son of Bipul Pramanik of the village.

Adamdighi thana officer-in-charge Nazrul Islam said Mushfiqur went missing on July 3 while playing near his house. A GD was filed with Adamdighi police station in this connection.

On July 7, the kidnappers demanded Tk 0.7 million from his family as ransom over mobile phone. Later, his body was found in a sack in a pond of the area on Saturday morning.
