Man crushed under oil tanker

GAIBANDHA, July 28 (UNB): A man was killed under the wheels of an oil tanker in Kaderi & Sons Oil Pump area of the district town on Monday night.
The deceased was identified as bus helper Azam ali (65), hailing from Shaplapara area in the town.
Witnesses said the accident took place as the oil tanker hit Azam when it was turning back after unloading oil around 9pm, leaving him dead on the spot.
After the accident, the driver fled the scene.
