Man crushed under train in Pabna

PABNA, Jul 14: An elderly man was crushed under the wheel of a train at Hogolbaria village of Chatmohar upazila in Pabna under Sirajganj-Rajshahi rail line Friday night.
Police recovered the body of the victim, aged about 60, Saturday morning and sent it to Pabna Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy.
Officer-in-charge of Chatmohar police station Habibul Islam said a Rajshahi-bound train ran over the man around 11.30pm Friday when the victim was crossing the rail line.
The identity of the victim was not known till filing this report.
