JHENIDAH, Dec 29 (UNB): Police recovered the body of a man from a field at Kolishakundu village in Harinakunda upazila on Sunday morning.
The deceased was identified as Abdus Sattar, 50, son of Afzal Hossain of the village.
Local people spotted his body in the field around 9am and informed police, said Altaf Hossain, superintendent of Sadar Police Station.
On information, police recovered the body and sent it to Jhenidah Sadar Hospital for autopsy.
