Man held with Yaba in Gopalganj

GOPALGANJ, July 18 (BSS): District Department of Narcotics Control in a drive arrested a man with three kgs of ganja and 200 pieces of yaba tablets in Kotalipara upazila in the district on Tuesday.

The detainee was identified as Mithun Talukder, 37, hailed from Rajapur village in the Upazila.

Inspector of the district Department of Narcotics Control Kazi Kamruzzaman led the drive at Rajapur village around 7:00 am and arrested Mithun Talukder with the ganja and yaba.

Assistant Director Iftekhar Mohammad said a case was filed against Mithun with Kotalipara hana.
