PATUAKHALI, May 3 (UNB): A man was killed and seven others were injured in a collision between a bus and a human hauler at Boga in Bauphal upazila on Sunday morning.
The deceased was identified as Moslem,48, a resident of the upazila.
Officer-in-charge of Bauphal Police Station Maksuduzzaman said a Bauphal-bound bus from Dhaka collided head-on with the battery-run three-wheeler coming from the opposite direction in front of Yeakub Ali College in the area in the morning, leaving the easy-bike passenger Moslem dead on the spot and seven others injured.
