Man stabbed to death in Jhenidah

JHENIDAH, May 24 (UNB): A man was stabbed to death by some miscreants at Enayetpur village in sadar upazila early Saturday.
The deceased was identified as Abdul Khalek, 45, a vegetable trader and son of Lutfur Rahman of the village.
Imrul Hasan, in-charge of Dakbanglow police camp, said a group of miscreants swooped on Abdul Khalek and stabbed him indiscriminately while he was sleeping outside his house around 3:00am, leaving him critically injured.
Later he died on way to Sadar Hospital.
On information, police recovered the body and sent it to sadar hospital morgue for an autopsy.
