A mason died after being electrocuted while removing centering wood at a building in Keraniganj on Tuesday evening, reports UNB.
The incident occurred at a two-storey building owned by Anwar Hossain beside Kholamura Adarsha School under the Model Police Station area, police said.
The deceased was identified as 27-year-old Kawser Ali.
SI Rashed Ahmed of Keraniganj Model Police Station said police recovered the body from the spot and brought it to the police station around 10pm for an autopsy.
