NATORE, Oct 01 (UNB): A cable operator employee has been slaughtered at Chakrampur in Sadar upazila.
The deceased was identified as Mamun Miah, an employee of cable operator New Uttara Communication.
Officer-in-charge of Sadar Police Station Jalal Uddin said other employees found the control room locked when they went to the office on Sunday morning.
Getting no response from inside, they informed police, he said, adding that Mamun's slaughtered body was found lying on the floor of the room at noon.
