Missing schoolgirl's body recovered from Manikganj river

MANIKGANJ, Mar 04 (UNB): Police recovered the body of a schoolgirl from the Kaliganga River in Kusherchar area of Sadar upazila in Manikganj on Monday morning, two days after she had gone missing.

The deceased was identified as Samia Islam, daughter of Saiful Islam of Chandina village of Comilla district. She was a class IX student of Manikganj Surendra Kumar Government Girls' High School.
