MSS conducts eye camp

Manabik Shahajya Sangstha (MSS) conducted a recovery from cataracts (RFC) camp at Balia union of Thakurgaon district on Friday to provide free eye treatment and cataract surgery for local people, says a press release.

MSS did it as part of its 40th anniversary celebration programme. The eye camp was arranged in collaboration with Shafiuddin Ahmed Foundation.

Mukesh Chandra Biswas, deputy commissioner of Thakurgaon was the chief guest of the programme chaired by ANM Emam Hasanath, executive director of MSS.

Md Afazuddin Bhuiyan, chairman of Balia Union Council, Md Abdus Sultan Alam, chairman of Devipur and Alhaj Md. Bodiuzzaman Chowdhury Advocate, president of local executive committee were the special guests at the programme.
