Noakhali road crash kills one

NOAKHALI, Feb 26 (BSS): A CNG-run auto rickshaw driver was killed and four others were injured as the auto rickshaw hit a roadside electric pole in front of Kabirhat upazila Livestock office on Monday morning.

The identity of the deceased could not be known immediately.

Police said the accident occurred when the CNG auto rickshaw hit the pole on the Sonapur-Kabirhat road as its driver lost control over the vehicle, leaving the driver dead on the spot and four other pqssengers injured.

The injured were sent to the upazila health complex.
