OC among 50 hurt in B\\\'baria clash

BRAHMANBARIA, July 20 (UNB): Over 50 people, including seven policemen, were injured in a clash between two groups of people over a trifling matter at Bitghar village in Sarail upazila on Sunday.
Locals said auto-rickshaw drivers Rukku Miah and Ashraf Miah had an altercation over jumping the queue at a CNG stand at the village on Saturday evening.
At one stage, Ahsraf and his men attacked Rukku and his clan members.
As a sequel to the incident, supporters of both the groups, equipped with lethal weapons, attacked each other around 12 noon today, leaving some 45 people injured.
