One dies from electrocution in Barguna

BARGUNA, July 26 (BSS): A man died after being electrocuted at
Patharghata upazila of the district on Wednesday.
The dead is Amir Hossain (32), an auto-rickshaw driver, hailed from Chaherabad village under the upazila.
Officer-in-charge (OC) of Patharghata thana Shah Alam Howlader said he came in contact with an live electric wire at his house in the morning while he was pulling a plug from the socket. Amir Hossain died on the spot. The body was handed over to his family members, the OC added.
