One killed in Joypurhat

JOYPURHAT, Jan 26 (UNB): A man was hacked to death by some miscreants at Polikadoa village in sadar upazila on Saturday night.
The deceased was identified as Hasan, a hardware trader and son of Abdul Hafiz of the village.
Police said the miscreants swooped on Hasan while he was returning home in his motorbike around 10 pm and chopped him, leaving him dead on the spot.
The miscreants also took away his motorbike.
The motive behind the murder could not be known immediately.
