PABNA, Apr 7: People of Pabna observed the birth anniversary of legendary film actress Suchitra Sen who hailed from Pabna Sunday.
Suchitra Sen Smrity Shangrakhhan Parishad (SSSSP), Pabna chalked out daylong programme in Pabna Girls High School, the institution where Suchitra Sen began her education.
Suchitra Sen, whose original name was Roma Dasgupta got admitted in Mohakali Pathshala, now Pabna Girls High School in the district headquarter in her early academic career. The school bears the memories of the legendary film actress.
To marker 83rd birth anniversary discussion meeting and cake festival were organised in Pabna town hall Sunday noon.
