Pabna school to erect Suchitra Sen\\\'s statue

PABNA, Jan 19: The authorities of the Pabna Government Girls School decided to build a statue of Suchitra Sen in the school compound in memory of the legendary actress. Suchitra Sen studied here in Government Girls High School till she left the country.

A condolence meeting was held in the school premise on Saturday afternoon commemorating the queen of the Bangle film.

Headmaster of Government Girls High School Md.Jayedur Rahman chaired the meeting, addressed by the teachers Aliza Khatun, Anjon Kundu, Abul Kalam Azad, Meher Sultana and Abdur Rafique on the occasion focusing on the life and work of the legendary actress.
