RAJSHAHI, Oct 01 (UNB): A farmer allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself from a tree at Katakhali , on the outskirts of the city, on Monday morning.
Local farmers spotted the hanging body of Mansur Rahman, 40, son of late EzazUddin and informed police, said officer-in-charge of Katakhali Police Station Nibaran Chandra Barman.
Police later recovered the body.
The reason behind the suicide could not be known yet.
