HABIGANJ, Dec 23 (BSS): A man was killed and five others were injured as a CNG-run auto rickshaw collided head-on with a truck in Sutang area of Sadar upazila on Saturday morning.
The deceased was identified as Aminul Islam, 30, son of Hossain Ali, a resident of Sarifabad village of the upazila.
Police said the accident occurred on the Dhaka-Sylhet highway when the two vehicles collided head-on, leaving six passengers of CNG auto rickshaw injured.
The injured were sent to Zila Sadar Hospital where Aminul succumbed to his injuries.
