Road mishap kills Ansar member

SIRAJGANJ, Mar 14 (BSS): A member of Bangladesh Ansar was killed in a road accident in Boalia Bridge area on the Bogra-Nagarbari highway under Ullapara upazila of the district this morning.

The deceased was identified as Sahajahan Ali, 70, son of late Abdul Majid of Enayetpur village of the upazila. Police said the accident occurred when a truck hit Sahajahan in the area early this morning when he was going home after finishing his duty, leaving him critically injured.

Sahajahan was sent to Ullapara Upazila Health Complex where he succumbed to his injuries at about 8.30 am.
