RU AIS dept offers EMBA programme

RAJSHAHI, May 04: The Department of Accounting and Information System (AIS) under the Business Administration Faculty of Rajshahi University (RU) offers two-year 'Evening MBA' (EMBA) programme batch-17(July-December), 2017.

Programme coordinator Prof Mohammed Mainuddin told journalists that the authority has already begun distributing the admission form from May 03 and it will continue till May 15.

The written admission test will be held on June 16, 10.00 am to 11.00 am, at the Rabindra Arts Building room nos 119, 120 & 121 while the viva voice will be held on the same date at 12.00am.

The candidates must have a Bachelor's degree from any discipline from any university having at least CGPA - 6 or equivalent result.

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their previous academic records and written admission test's score.

The admission process for the qualified candidates will begin on July 03 and continue until July 13.

It may be mentioned that there are only 50 seats for each batch and the duration of the programme is two academic years divided into four semesters. Total cost is about Tk 0.1 million in this programme.
