RU first year Hons classes begin

RAJSHAHI UNIVERSITY, Feb 3: The first year Honors classes for the academic session of 2014-15 at the Rajshahi University (RU) began today (Tuesday) amid tight security during the indefinite hartal and blockade programme across the country.

The fresher were seen attending their classes today when this correspondent visits several departments of the university.

Earlier RU VC Professor Muhammad Mizan Uddin on Monday met with the faculty deans, department chairs and institute directors where they agreed upon the resumption of all classes and examinations of the university.
