RUET chalks out Mother Language Day programmes

RAJSHAHI UNIVERSITY, Feb 19: The authority of Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET) has chalked out a daylong programme on the International Mother Language Day and the National martyrs Day on the campus, said a press release.

To commemorate  the day the programmes chalked out by the university authority include hoisting of flag, mourning procession, placing floral wreaths, discussion, offering special prayers and a cultural function.

According to a press release, the programmes on the Shaheed Day will include as placing of wreaths at zero hour on 21st February on central Shaheed Minar of the RUET to honour the martyred language veterans.
