Schoolboy 'commits suicide' in Magura

MAGURA, Jan 30 (UNB): A schoolboy reportedly committed suicide by taking poison at Jashmantapur village in Mohammadpur upazila on Tuesday night.
The deceased was identified as Nur Mohammad, 10, son of Shafiul Islam and a student of class IV of a local school.
Police said Nur demanded Tk 200 to his mother in the afternoon. As his mother refused to provide the money Nur went to his room and took poison.
