Schoolboy killed in Pabna: One held

PABNA, Mar 20: Aminpur thana police recovered the body of a missing school boy from a field under Bera Upazila of Pabna on Wednesday evening.
The deceased was identified as Ramin Rahman Khan, 9, a student of class two of Boualia Govt. Primary School and son of Habibur Rahman Khan of the village Boualia. The criminals hacked him to death, police said.
Police said Ramin went to his school on Wednesday but he did not return home. Later locals found his body on a wheat field near his residence on the day.
Another report from Our Pabna Correspondent says: Indefinite transport strike was withdrawn in Pabna following an understanding with administration, according to Transport Workers Association. Vehicular movement resumes from Thursday noon after holding a meeting between transport workers and the district police administration. Earlier, an indefinite transport strike was called by Transport Workers Association, protesting arrest of three transport workers in the district Thursday morning.
