Seed, fertilisers distributed among Habiganj farmers

HABIGANJ, Apr 5 (BSS): Department of Agricultural Extension (DAE) today distributed seed and chemical fertilizer among 2,230 small and marginal farmers of Sadar upazila at free of cost.

Advocate Md Abu Jahir MP distributed the seeds among the farmers as the chief guest.

Each farmer received 5-kg high yielding variety seed of paddy, 20-kg urea, 10-kg DAP and same amount of MoP.

Sadar Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Saiful Alam and president of sadar upazila Awami League Advocate Abdul Ahad Faruk were present during the distribution among others.
