Sexagenarian killed in road mishap

RAJSHAHI, Aug 2 (BSS): A sexagenarian human-hauler passenger has been killed and three others injured in a road accident in Kamarpara area on Rajshahi-Chapainawabganj highway under Godagari Upazila of the district today, police sources said.

The deceased was identified as Abdul Matin, 60, a resident of the same area. The injured persons were admitted to local hospital. However, identity of them couldn't be known as yet.

Quoting witnesses police said the accident occurred when a Dhaka bound coach rammed into a human hauler on the highway, leaving one passenger killed on the spot and three others injured at around 12.30 pm.
