Sheikh Hasina University students face housing crisis

NETRAKONA, Jan 17: The students of Sheikh Hasina University, Netrakona, have for long been suffering due to acute shortage of accommodation facilities.

According to university students and officials, the university now has a total of 198 students, 11 teachers and more than 42 employees. However, all of them are deprived of housing facilities on the campus, alleged some students. The university was inaugurated on November 07, 2018 on around 500 acres of land. A total of 43 development projects of the university were supposed to be completed by December 2021. But till now, they are incomplete.
