Smuggled goods seized on Satkhira border

SATKHIRA, Nov 13 (BSS): Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) in an anti-smuggling operation seized Indian medicines and narcotics worth about Taka 0.95 million (9.50 lakh) from different border area under Sadar and Kalaroa upazilas of the district on Thursday.
Based on intelligence information, BGB teams conducted separate drives in the border areas and seized Indian medicine and phensidyl worth Taka 0.95 million (9.50 lakh), Satkhira 33 BGB Battalion Commander confirmed.
