NARAIL, Feb 24 (BSS): An eight-day 'Sultan Mela (fair)' in remembrance of the 89th birth anniversary of celebrated artist SM Sultan will begin at Sultan Mancha of Narail Government Victoria College tomorrow.
Sultan Foundation in association with the district administration has organised the fair to mark the birth anniversary of the renowned artist. The fair will continue until March 4.
All preparations have been made for a successful holding of the fair, said member secretary of Sultan Foundation Asikur Rahman Miku.
Minister for Cultural Affairs Asaduzzaman Nur will inaugurate the fair as the chief guest with deputy commissioner and president of Sultan Foundation Abdul Gaffer Khan in the chair.
