Teen killed hit by a log in Gopalganj

GOPALGANJ, Mar 22: A student was killed dashed by a wood log at Baraha village under Muksudpur upazila in Gopalganj district Friday.

The victim was identified as Md. Jinnat Ali (17) a Madrasha student of class ten and son of Ritimon Munshi of village Baraha  in Gopalganj district.

According to eyewitnesses, at morning on the day Jinnat went to a sawmill for splitting wood at Baraha Bazar of Muksudpur. When Jinnat was carrying a big size wood log with his two companions suddenly the log slipped from the other side. As a result Jinnat was hit by the log and died on way to hospital.
