Trader killed by miscreants in Jessore

JESSORE, Jun 26: Owner of an oil mill was killed at his rented residence by unidentified miscreants at Rajarhat on the outskirts of Jessore town early Thursday.
The dead was identified as Shushanta Kundu, 65, owner of an oil mill at Rajarhat under Kotwali police station.
Locals said Miscreants killed him in absence of his wife at his residence. Miscreants took away gold ornaments and about Tk 0.1 million after killing him at the dead of night.
Reshma Sharmin, assistant superintendent of police, Jessore said that the businessman was strangled by unidentified miscreants.
