KHULNA, July 08 (BSS): Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET) Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Muhammad
Maksud on Wednesday said that an effective, transparent and student-friendly
assessment system is essential for ensuring the quality of higher education.
He was addressing a workshop as the chief guest on the KUET campus, organised by the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), on "Policy and Implementation of the Midterm Examination System for Undergraduate Programmes."
The Vice-Chancellor said that the proper implementation of the midterm examination system would strengthen continuous assessment and make a significant contribution to improving students' academic performance.
He also called for the sincere cooperation, accountability and
responsible participation of all stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the system.
