Two siblings electrocuted in Jessore

JESSORE, June 21 (BSS): Two siblings were electrocuted and two others injured at Dodaria village in Monirampur upazila of the district this morning.

The deceased were Milon (32), and Sumon (23), sons of Azizur Rahman of the same village.

Police said minor boy Shimul (9), came in contact with a live electric wire of a brick field at the village.

Hearing screams of the boy, the two siblings and Fatema went to save Shimul and they also came in contact with the wire. Milon and Sumon died on the spot.

Fatema and critically injured Shimul were sent to Jessore Sadar Hospital.
