Unidentified body recovered in M\\\'singh

MYMENSINGH, Nov 5 (BSS): Kotwali Police recovered the floating body of an unidentified woman from the Brahmaputra river in Khagdador area here this afternoon.

A towel was wrapped around the neck of the body and the criminals might have left the body in the river after killing the woman early today, said Sub-Inspector Shankar Chandra Sarker of Kotwali Police station.

On information, police recovered the body, aged about 26 around 2 pm.

The body was sent to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy. None was arrested till filing this report. A case was lodged.
