GOPALGANJ, Apr 2: A press briefing and orientation meeting was held at the 250 bed general hospital in Gopalganj yesterday on the occasion of National Vitamin 'A' plus campaign starting on April 5.
Health Department, Gopalganj, organised the programme presided by Dr. S.M Sirajul Islam, Civil Surgeon, Gopalganj.
Journalists of different print and electronic media of the district attended the meeting.
A total of 1,37,472 children in the district aged one to five years to be fed under this programme where 5,301 health worker in the district are working in this programme, said the civil surgeon.
