Week-long tree fair begins in Narail

NARAIL, Aug 6 (BSS): A week-long tree fair began on Narail Victoria College's Sultan Mancha premises here today.
District Administration, forest department and Department of Agricultural Extension (DAE) jointly organized the tree fair.
Sheikh Hafizur Rahman, MP, inaugurated the fair as the chief guest while additional deputy commissioner (general) Ananda Kumar Biswas presided over the function.
A colourful rally was brought out from press club to Sultan Mancha premises this morning. Additional deputy commissioner (general) Ananda Kumar Biswas led the rally.
A total of 20 stalls have been set up in the tree fair, official sources said.
