Woman dies, her three daughters fall sick after taking rodenticides

NATORE, Feb 06 (UNB): A mother has died and her three daughters have fallen sick after taking rodenticides mistaken as medicine for intestinal worms in Singra upazila of Natore, said police on Thursday morning.

The deceased Sharmin Begum, 30, was wife of local businessman

Murad Hossain at Borogram area under Dahia union of the upazila.

The daughters-twins Jim Khatun, and

Mim Khatun, 8, and three-year-old Sinha Khatun, were undergoing treatment at Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College and Hospital in Bogura.
