Woman, her two children found dead

HABIGANJ, Mar 22 (UNB): Police recovered the bodies of a woman and her two children from Borobakhair village in Nabiganj upazila on Sunday morning.

The deceased were identified as Romana Begum, 26, wife of Farid Miah, a resident of the village, and her son Musa (8), and daughter Muslima (5).

Locals spotted Romana's body hanging from a tree and her two children's bodies floating in a pond around 2:30am and informed police, said Meher Ali Moholdar, chairman of Borobakhair union parishad.
