Woman jailed for life for killing stepson in Munshiganj

MUNSHIGANJ, Nov 07 (BSS): A court here on Tuesday sentenced a woman to life-term imprisonment for killing her stepson in Sirajdikhan upazila in 2017.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Yasmin Urmi handed down the verdict to the woman. The court also fined her Tk 0.1 million (1 lakh). If she fails to pay the amount, she will have to serve one year more in jail.
