Woman killed in Narail road accident

NARAIL, Jan 5 (BSS): A woman was killed and two others were injured in a road accident in Auria area on the Narail-Lohagara road under Sadar upazila this morning.

The deceased was Liza Parvin, 25, wife of Mizanur Rahman of Madinapara area under Lohagara upazila of the district.

Police said the accident occurred when a bus hit a motorbike in the area at about 10.30 am, leaving motorbike passenger Liza dead on the spot and two others injured.

The injured were sent to local hospital.

Sub-inspector (SI) of Sadar thana Sanjay Kumar Das confirmed the incident.
