KHULNA, Aug 16 (BSS): Police today recovered decomposed body of a woman from a house at Boyra area in the city.
The deceased was identified as Depali Adhikari, 35, wife of Kalidash Adhikari, resident at City's Boyra area.
Police went to the spot at around 12 noon and recovered the decomposed body after breaking lock of a room. Earlier, local people informed the police as rotten smell were spraying from the residence.
The husband might have slaughtered Depali a few days back and left the place along with his two minor children after keeping the body in a locked room, the OC said, quoting locals.
