Work on 7 school bldgs progressing in M’singh

MYMENINGH, Nov 1 (BSS): The construction of seven non-government high school buildings are progressing fast in seven upazila headquarters of the district.
Ministry of Education is constructing the two-storied buildings at a cost of over Taka eight crore under the supervision of Education Engineering Department (EED).
The schools are: Haluaghat High School in Haluaghat upazila, RK High School in Muktagachha upazila, Bisheshori High School in Ishwarganj upazila, Dobaura Pilot High School in Dobaura upazila, Phulbaria High School in Phulbaria upazila, Nazrul Academy in Trishal upazila and Fulpur Pilot High School in Fulpur upazila in the district.
Executive Engineer of EED Delwar Hossen said the government took a project namely 'Turning selected 306 Non-Government High Schools as model school in upazila headquarters in the country' to ensure quality education through infrastructural development along with meeting accommodation problems and other modern facilities.
