Workshop on pest control held in Faridpur

FARIDPUR, Nov 11 (BSS): A day-long workshop on crop protection from pests organized by Jessore chapter of Bangladesh Crop Protection Association(BCPA) was held yesterday at Madhukhali upazilla headquarter.

The workshop held at Bazar Banik Samity office was chaired by BCPA, Jessore chapter convener Enamul Haque while Madhukhali upazilla Agriculture officer Khaleda Parvin attended as the chief guest. Upazilla Agriculture Extension officer was the special guest in the workshop.

Shafiuddin Shafiq and ASM Humayun Kabir were the trainers who discussed and explained on the different aspects of safe cropping and to protect it from the insecticides.
