Youth dies under train’s wheels in Noakhali

NOAKHALI, July 22 (BSS): A youth was killed as a train knocked him down at Maijdi Court Rail Station in the district town here this morning.
The deceased was identified as Fayez Ahammed, 30, son of Ismail Hossain of Rajganj village under Begumganj upazila of the district.
Maijdi Court Rail Station master Pitu Ranjan Das said a demo train hit Fayez at the station while he was crossing the rail line at 11 am, leaving him dead on the spot.
Police recovered the body and handed over it to his family.
